Professor Olaf Zawacki-Richter, Director of the Centre for Open Education Research and the Centre for Lifelong Learning at the Carl Von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, makes an important contribution to literature in distance, open and online education. Olaf’s work spans the important transition of distance to online education and continues to help define its development.
